Position: Provincial Sales Manager
Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, medical-related or marketing major preferred;

2. Three or more years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device investment and promotion preferred;

3. Strong market analysis, marketing, and promotion skills;

4. Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis, and problem-solving skills;

5. Strong team management skills;

6. Strong commitment, honesty, diligence, and the ability to travel;

7. Experience in sales and promotion of new product introductions;

8. Experience in healthcare IT sales.

Job Description

1. Based on the company's overall sales plan, formulate annual and quarterly investment promotion plans, organize and conduct local investment promotion efforts, screen high-quality distributors, secure partnerships, and manage over 10 distributors.

2. Manage and supervise the market, oversee promotion progress, and provide distributors with promotional services and support.

3. Assist and collaborate with the national sales manager in provincial government affairs, and independently handle municipal, district, and county government affairs.

4. Continuously improve academic marketing skills and enhance customer and market service capabilities. Strengthen channel control, strengthen visits to key accounts and assist with end-user visits, and serve, supervise, and guide distributors in increasing their sales volume.

5. Cooperate with the marketing department to train distributors, conduct market research activities, and regularly research and analyze the market environment and potential products. Cultivate local experts and establish good customer relationships. Organize necessary product promotion meetings, customer seminars, and academic promotions regularly or irregularly to increase product market share and enhance the company's brand influence.

6. Achieve the company's annual sales collection targets.
