"Zhongxuan Digital Chain Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Alliance launches national model exchange
From July 1 to 4, 2025, the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry Alliance of Zhongxuan Digital Chain organized senior executives from multiple manufacturers, including Sinopharm Group Henan Medical Device Co., Ltd. (the provincial-level medical device platform), Yuzhou Xinfadi TCM Technology Co., Ltd. (the TCM trading platform), Sun Simiao Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute, Shandong Chengwu County Medical Products Factory, Zhengzhou Mingtai Medical Device Co., Ltd., Henan Tianhe Sanitary Materials Co., Ltd., and Nanyang Jiukang Medical Device Co., Ltd., to carry out a group-based exchange activity for selecting national model enterprises. On July 1, a large number of industry representatives gathered at Sinopharm Medical Devices, conducted in-depth discussions around the ten major systems, promoted the implementation of the supply chain model, and officially launched the group-based work of selecting 10 county-level company national models.

On July 2, President Zhou Yunjie of the Alliance led a team to conduct a group exchange at Xinxiang Zhongnuo and Hebi Kangrun, with Huixian Pharmaceutical participating in the discussion. The meeting was chaired by Gao Zhanwei, Director of the Product R&D Center. Cui Kesheng, Chairman of Xinxiang Zhongnuo Pharmaceutical, and Liu Jianwei, General Manager of Hebi Kangrun, delivered welcome speeches respectively and introduced their companies' situations; Li Xin, Chief Operating Officer of Zhongxuan, released the work plan report for the second half of 2025 and the month of July; participating manufacturers shared their own advantages and their understanding of the Zhongxuan Model. During the interactive session, guests had a lively discussion around practical implementation, and President Zhou Yunjie delivered a concluding speech.

From July 3 to 4, President Zhou Yunjie, Chief Operating Officer Li Xin, and Wang Xu, Project Leader of Sinopharm Medical Devices, split into three teams. Braving the intense summer heat, they conducted field surveys across the southern, northern, eastern, western, and central regions of Henan Province respectively. Their visits covered multiple pharmaceutical enterprises, including Shangqiu Zhecheng Minkang, Jiaozuo Wuzhi Minsheng, and Luoyang Dekang Pharmaceutical. They went deep into departments such as procurement, sales, finance, and warehousing, and covered various business scenarios including Chinese medicinal materials, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and chain operations. Through face-to-face communication, they accurately matched needs and explored cooperation alignments.

For this group-based selection of commercial companies:
In the short term: It breaks the barriers of traditional one-on-one visits, enables members to collaborate and share resources, shortens the decision-making chain, helps manufacturers reach more customers quickly, and accelerates product sales growth.
In the medium and long term: Ten model companies in Henan will be selected as "pioneers" to verify the industrial Internet logic and platform collaboration mechanism, enhance industry trust, and form replicable standardized experience for regional benchmarks. This will help build a closed loop of the platform ecosystem: after verifying the effectiveness of the model in Henan, the model will be promoted nationwide, its international applicability will be explored, and Chinese wisdom will be shared. Ultimately, it will drive the digital transformation and collaborative development of the pharmaceutical supply chain, laying a foundation for the platform’s global layout and ecosystem construction.

In addition, this group-based initiative not only promotes in-depth communication among Zhongxuan Shulian, provincial-level platforms, manufacturers, and county-level companies, broadens business horizons, facilitates the sharing of knowledge and experience, enhances individual capabilities and overall awareness, pools team synergy, and breaks the limitations of traditional thinking. It also meets the diverse needs of government supervision, public medication access, and enterprise development. Furthermore, it enables the promotion and replication of the Zhongxuan Model across Henan Province, the whole of China, and even globally, empowering the transformation and upgrading of the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and benefiting social wellbeing.
