Zhongxuan Digital Chain Engages in Talks with Ukrainian Embassy in China: Jointly Explore Cooperation in Post-War Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry Reconstruction
At 3:00 p.m. on October 15th, At the invitation of Mr. Denys Merzliuk (Mr. Meng), the relevant business director of the Embassy of Ukraine in China, Chairman Zhou (Yunjie Zhou) , together with members of the International Business Department of Zhongxuan Digital Chain, made a special visit to the Embassy of Ukraine in China and conducted in-depth exchanges. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as emergency supplies cooperation and post-war medical product reconstruction, reached a number of cooperation consensuses, and laid a foundation for multi-channel practical cooperation between China and Ukraine.
Ukraine covers an area of 603,700 square kilometers and has a population of 41.13 million (as of February 1, 2022). It has a solid foundation in agriculture and biopharmaceutical industry, and possesses unique resource advantages in fields such as natural health raw materials. Currently, Ukraine has an urgent demand for medical infrastructure, emergency supplies, improvement of people's livelihood security, and the development of related industries, and is in urgent need of introducing mature technologies, industrial models, and high-quality resources. At the beginning of the exchange, Chairman Zhou expressed concern about Ukraine's current situation, clearly stating that he "looks forward to the early arrival of peace" and emphasizing that Zhongxuan Digital Chain is willing to introduce its mature pharmaceutical and medical device industry resources, technologies, and models to the local area to provide practical support for its related development work.
During the meeting, the forward-looking and systematic nature of the "three-step" cooperation strategy introduced by Chairman Zhou was highly recognized by the other side. Combining the local actual situation, the Ukrainian representative mentioned that he hoped the two sides could formulate specific and quickly implementable cooperation plans as soon as possible to accumulate experience for further in-depth cooperation.
Regarding the cooperation direction, Chairman Zhou further proposed a two-way win-win concept: Zhongxuan Digital Chain will not only export health products, core technologies, and industrial models to support the development of the local comprehensive health industry, but also hopes to tap the potential of local high-quality resources and explore possibilities for cooperation such as raw material import to achieve complementary advantages.
After in-depth communication, the two sides reached a clear consensus on core matters such as how to promote enterprise cooperation, formulate specific plans as soon as possible, and explore two-way resource connection. They also agreed to continue follow-up communication after the meeting to promote the early implementation of cooperation matters. With cooperation in the comprehensive health industry as the link, they will contribute to the improvement of local people's livelihood and economic development.
