At 10:00 a.m. on October 15th, At the invitation of the Ambassador of Afghanistan to China, Chairman Zhou (Yunjie Zhou), together with members of the International Business Department of Zhongxuan Digital Chain, made a special visit to the Ambassador of Afghanistan to China. The two sides held in-depth discussions on how the "Zhongxuan Digital Chain Model" can help integrate and advance the development of Afghanistan's pharmaceutical and medical device industry, aiming to explore new paths and build new consensus for practical cooperation in the health field between the two countries.
Afghanistan covers an area of 647,500 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 35.7 million (Afghanistan's Central Statistics Organization, August 2024). Located in central and western Asia, it is a geopolitical hub connecting Central Asia, South Asia, and West Asia. The country not only boasts a long-standing traditional medicine culture but also is rich in resources for the health industry, such as medicinal plants. Currently, Afghanistan is in a critical period of improving people's livelihoods and reconstructing its economy. As a core sector for safeguarding people's well-being and driving economic growth, the comprehensive health industry faces urgent needs for infrastructure upgrading, technical system improvement, and industrial chain integration, and is in urgent need of introducing mature industrial models and high-quality resources.
During the exchange, combining the current status of Afghanistan's comprehensive health industry with Zhongxuan Digital Chain's core advantages, Chairman Zhou clearly proposed a "three-step" cooperation strategy, defining a clear path for bilateral cooperation:
Product Export as the First Step: Taking Business-to-Business (B2B) cooperation as the entry point, supply Afghanistan with health products that meet international standards and local needs. This will quickly fill the gap in local health product supply and benefit the people's livelihood.
Technology Export for Upgrading: Coordinate with relevant departments of China's Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to introduce Zhongxuan Digital Chain's core technologies in digital management, supply chain optimization, and quality control of the comprehensive health industry to Afghanistan. This will help Afghanistan build a modern technical system for the health industry.
Full Industrial Chain Localization: Based on product and technology cooperation, promote the layout of the entire comprehensive health industrial chain (covering R&D, production, circulation, and services) in Afghanistan. This will foster local industrial capabilities and achieve win-win results and sustainable development.
The Afghan Ambassador to China spoke highly of the outcomes of this exchange. He not only expressed strong interest in the innovation and adaptability of the "Zhongxuan Digital Chain Model" but also showed sincere admiration for Chairman Zhou's strategic vision and personal charisma. The Ambassador made a clear statement that he fully supports the "three-step" cooperation strategy, believing it accurately matches Afghanistan's development needs. He will actively provide assistance for subsequent cooperation between the two sides and looks forward to launching the connection of specific matters as soon as possible to jointly promote the upgrading of Afghanistan's comprehensive health industry and inject new vitality into the friendly relations between the two countries.
In the future, taking this visit as an important starting point, Zhongxuan Digital Chain will continue to deepen communication and collaboration with Afghanistan in the comprehensive health field. With the "Zhongxuan Digital Chain Model" as the link, it will help build a more resilient and dynamic international cooperation ecosystem in the health industry.
