On October 15, Chairman Zhou of Zhongxuan Digital Chain led members of the International Business Department to hold in-depth talks with Ms. Han, Secretary of the Embassy of Indonesia in China. As a major economic country in Southeast Asia and the world’s fourth most populous country (with a population of 281 million in 2024 and an area of approximately 1.9 million square kilometers), Indonesia has a huge demand for health consumption. It is also rich in resources such as tropical medicinal plants and natural health raw materials. In recent years, there has been an urgent demand for technologies, models and products for the upgrading of the Comprehensive Health Industry, providing broad space for China-Indonesia cooperation.

During the talks, Chairman Zhou systematically elaborated on the "Three-Step" Strategy for Zhongxuan Digital Chain’s cooperation with Indonesia: starting with product export, gradually advancing technological empowerment, and finally realizing the landing of the entire industrial chain. This strategy accurately meets the development needs of Indonesia’s Comprehensive Health Industry and received a positive response from Ms. Han. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as the alignment of high-quality enterprise resources in China-Indonesia Comprehensive Health Industry and the optimization of cooperation paths, and reached a preliminary consensus. Ms. Han not only affirmed the adaptability of the "Zhongxuan Model" but also sincerely invited Chairman Zhou to conduct an on-site inspection in Indonesia later to ensure that the cooperation is in line with local realities. She also formally issued an invitation to participate in the Indonesia-China Business Forum on October 24, building an official bridge for subsequent in-depth alignment.

At the "Jointly Opening a New Chapter" event on October 24, the Zhongxuan Digital Chain team participated in the entire process, achieving a "key leap" in cooperation alignment. In the morning session, Indonesian officials elaborated on the details of investment in Indonesia, covering policy orientation, industrial layout, and supporting services for special economic zones and industrial parks. This provided clear guidance for Zhongxuan Digital Chain to accurately grasp market opportunities in Indonesia and effectively avoided the risk of "information asymmetry" in overseas investment.

The "One-on-One Business Cooperation Symposium" in the afternoon became the core highlight. The Zhongxuan Digital Chain team held a special discussion with relevant departments of Indonesia’s Investment Coordinating Board, special economic zones and industrial parks. They fully introduced the core advantages of the "Zhongxuan Model" — including the mature operation logic of the centralized procurement, joint production and unified sales system, big data intelligent management, and smart logistics with co-warehousing and co-distribution. At the same time, they shared Chairman Zhou’s more than 40 years of practical experience and industry resources in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Indonesian official representatives highly appreciated the implementability and value potential of the "Zhongxuan Model", clearly stating that they will actively meet the needs of Zhongxuan Digital Chain, provide targeted policy support, and assist in aligning with high-quality local cooperative manufacturers in Indonesia to remove key barriers for the implementation of cooperation.

Chairman Zhou thanked the Indonesian officials for their support and clearly stated that he will accelerate the preparation work for cooperation based on this alignment. He pointed out that from the preliminary consensus in the embassy talks to the specific support in government-enterprise alignment, Zhongxuan Digital Chain has clearly grasped the development direction of the Indonesian market, taking a key step in the implementation of the "Three-Step" Strategy.
