At 3:00 p.m. on October 23, Chairman Zhou of Zhongxuan Digital Chain led a team from the International Business Department to the Embassy of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in China for in-depth talks with Commercial Counselor Ms. Manichanh (Liping Chen). The two sides had full exchanges on the development history of Zhongxuan Digital Chain, the development needs of Laos' TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) industry and potential cooperation directions. Counselor Chen highly admired Chairman Zhou's life experience and entrepreneurial drive, clearly expressed Laos' emphasis on the upgrading of the TCM industry chain and its demand for green and sustainable development, and sincerely invited Chairman Zhou to conduct an on-site inspection in Laos to lay a solid foundation for future cooperation.

As an important country in Southeast Asia, Laos boasts abundant TCM resources and unique ecological environment. In recent years, it has always regarded the TCM industry as a key development area, and is in urgent need of mature industrial models, technologies and resource support to transform its industrial chain from "resource advantages" to "development advantages" — a demand that highly aligns with Zhongxuan Digital Chain's layout in the big health sector.

At the beginning of the talks, Chairman Zhou shared in detail his personal life experience and entrepreneurial journey with Counselor Chen. This included his over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, his leadership in building 124 provincial-level platforms across 31 provinces in China, the creation of a centralized procurement, joint production and unified sales system guided by the 12-character principle of "resource integration, scientific management and rational distribution", and his innovative practices in empowering the big health industry chain with big data and smart logistics. She also took the initiative to introduce that the Lao government attaches great importance to the development of the TCM industry and is currently striving to improve the industrial chain. It hopes to introduce high-quality enterprises and mature models to realize the standardized and large-scale development of TCM planting, processing, circulation and other links, so as to better release the value of local resources.

During the talks, Counselor Chen further focused on the core demands of Laos' industrial development, emphasizing the dual goals of "green ecological environment development" and "sustainability of the TCM industry". She stated that Laos has always adhered to the concept of prioritizing ecology, and the development of the TCM industry must be based on ecological protection. It hopes to cooperate with responsible enterprises with strength like Zhongxuan Digital Chain to explore a win-win path of "ecological protection + industrial development", which can not only increase the added value of the TCM industry but also protect local green resources.

Based on the recognition of Zhongxuan Digital Chain's model and the alignment of industrial needs, Counselor Chen formally extended an on-site inspection invitation to Chairman Zhou: "I sincerely invite you to conduct an on-site inspection in Laos in person, to gain an in-depth understanding of local TCM planting bases, industrial parks and market demands.
